My name is Joel Bradford and I am the proud owner of JB Health and Performance.

Health and Fitness has been a major constant in my life since I was old enough to walk, and this has developed the love and passion I have in helping my clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

I have been lucky enough to a part of a number of professional and high class sporting teams, which I’ve had some tremendous success with, but nothing beats the feeling of my clients achieving their own success and reaching their ultimate goals.

With over 7 years of experience behind me and a ton of extra courses and certificates, I believe I have found the perfect formula for achieving health and performance success with the right balance of training, nutrition, motivation, education and support.

I understand everyone is different and everyone has different goals, so it is important to me that I am continually learning and upgrading my knowledge as a health and performance coach in the industry so that I can provide my clients with the best services available to them.
